Blogger : Blogger is a free blog publishing program. See the FAQ page for instructions on how to publish your blog to your BROKEhosting website.

Flash/Media

esnips : esnips is a free service that provides 5 GB of storage space for photos, videos, music, and documents. Got too many videos or mp3's for your space at BROKEhosting? Go store it at esnips for free!

Flash Village : Flash Village provides free Flash templates. You need a full working version of Adobe Flash CS3 to edit them. Their templates are really sharp-looking. It's a great option for people who want a professional-looking website without paying hundreds of dollars or learning how to do the web design themselves.

FTP

FileZilla : FileZilla is a free FTP client that allows you to upload your website to the internet. Check the FAQ page if you need any help logging in.

HTML editting

Dynamic Drive : Dynamic Drive provides free DHTML scripts. Countdowns, navigation bars, etc.

GeoHTML : GeoHTML is a free program that allows you to create image maps. It has an easy drag-and-drop format and it gives you the HTML code that you input into your website code.

HTML Basix : HTML Basix is a free website that generates codes for email forms, banner rotarors, and much more. Very easy to use and very handy.

Lissa Explains : Lissa Explains is a free HTML help website for kids--or for anyone who needs some help. They also have detailed tutorials for CSS, DHTML, frames, tables, Javascript, and lots of other helpful hints for webmasters.

NVU : NVU is a free website editting program that is comparable to Microsoft FrontPage. You can create and publish your website with this easy-to-use program.

General Webmaster Services

1001 Free Fonts : The name says it all. Watch out for pop-up ads, though.

Stat Counter : Stat Counter provides free website statistics. Simply register and insert a code onto your website. You can then log into your Stat Counter account and see how many visitors you've had, where they're coming from, etc. This counter can be visible or invisible.

Non-website Related

Cafe Press : Cafe Press is a free service that lets you create your own merchandise with your images or logos on them and sell them in an online store. You can make everything from t-shirts to posters. A great idea for bands, small businesses, events, or gifts.

Citation Machine : Citation Machine is a free tool that creates APA, MLA, and other types of citations for academic papers or whatever else you need citations for. It's a pretty handy tool for students especially.

Flash Card Machine : Another great tool for students, Flash Card Machine is a free web-based flash card program. Enter in your terms and definitions and then quiz yourself.

Helium : Get paid a few cents to post your writings on Helium. Your writing will be rated by other members, and depending on how well it is rated, you can make some money off of it.

Picaboo : Picaboo is a free program that you download from their website and create photo albums, scrap books, story books, yearbooks, etc. Order them when you're finished. High-quality printing.

TaxAct : Okay, this one's kind of lame, but everybody has to file taxes. This is a really comprehensive program that helps you do it.
